No placement preference is given except that ads can be placed on the mailing wrapper for a 15% premium.

(The above rates also apply for display ads prepared as insert sheets for mailings of our Premiere issue. Rates are per 1500 copies mailed over a 4 to 6 month period. We send out the Premiere issue upon request and currently mail 200 to 400 copies per month)

DISCOUNTS

10% discount for same size display ad in two or more consecutive issues. 25% discount for same size display ad in four or more issues.

Special - If you offer our readers a special discount or provide a coupon in your ad, we will give you an extra 10% discount on your ad.

No charge for camera-ready copy change of same size ad.

SPECIFICATIONS

We prefer camera-ready ads, but will help design your ad for an extra charge. Bordered ads are preferred (we can add a border free of charge).

DEADLINES

Deadlines are the 5th of the first month of each quarter (January 5, April 5, July 5, October 5). Advertisers will receive a copy(ies) of their ads as run. (Tear sheets or full newsletters)

AD INSERTS

If you have a flyer or brochure you would like to have included with mailings of our Premiere issue, the cost is $25 for the first 200 pages and $7.50 per additional 100 pages. You must supply the items to be inserted and they should be ready to send. This means that folded brochures need to be pre-folded. A page should not exceed 8.5" x 14" when unfolded, or 8.5" x 5.5" when folded. Flat inserts should not exceed 8.5"x11".

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING:

Classified rates are .15 per word, with a $5.00 per issue minimum charge. Classified ads that run for one year (four issues) qualify for a 10% discount. There is no extra charge for bold, underlined or italic words within the ad. No position preference will be given. Deadlines are the same as for display ads. Unless otherwise specified, your ad will begin with the next available issue. Type, or clearly write the text you want include along with any special instructions.
